Step three
Once you have attended a viewing and wish to apply, you will need to request a pre-tenancy application form with the pre-tenancy application questions.
It is important that every adult (someone over the age of 18 years) who intends to occupy the property complete this form and the corresponding questions.
The form should be completed in full and your references informed that I may be calling them so that your application can be processed promptly.

Step two
Have a drive by first to ensure the property and the area appeal to you and your current needs.
Please do not go onto the property. If you think the property will work and you would like to see inside, then feel free to either email me on tonia.allanpm@gmail.com or call/text me on my mobile 021 76 21 30 to arrange a viewing.
Step five
Success!
If you are the successful applicant, I will arrange for you to sign a Tenancy Agreement and any associated forms.
Rent is expected to be paid a week in advance.
The first weeks rent and bond money must be paid, in full, prior to the keys to the property being handed over.
Bond is 4x the weekly rent and this will be sent to the Bond Department for safe keeping until the end of the tenancy and once a successful final inspection has been completed released to your nominated bank account.
A full commencement inspection will be conducted of the property inside and outside, prior to you, as the successful tenant, moving in, and a copy supplied to you for your records.

Step four
Once I receive a completed pre-tenancy application form and the corresponding questions, I will run a thorough credit and reference/background check to enable me to select the most suitable applicant for the property.
